Digital Product Design Lead
Currently at Prophet Brand Strategy
Marina Rac- hello!
I am a visual designer with a product mindset. I love to work at the intersection of craft, research and strategy — from shaping the vision to seeing it built.
I am currently part of the Experience & Innovation team at Prophet in London.

What I am
good at
End-to-end product work: research, ideation and strategy, design and prototyping, testing and validation, handoff and development— from initial vision through to production-ready outcomes.
A deep craft practice built across brand, product, and systems, with an uncompromising point of view on what good looks like at every scale.
Building systems that last. Translating complex workflows into clear, consistent experiences that scale across platforms and teams.
Framing problems before solving them. Working upstream with clients to shape product direction, define vision, and translate business ambitions into tangible design outcomes.
Getting to the right question before reaching for solutions. Planning and running user research to understand behaviour, uncover needs, and turn insight into sketches, flows, and better-informed design decisions.
Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across global organisations — communicating design rationale clearly, navigating trade-offs with confidence, and keeping quality intact under pressure.
Integrating tools like Claude, Cursor, and Figma Make into real workflows — experimenting with AI to explore ideas faster, prototype and animate new concepts, and evolve how products are designed and built.
Love and hate
I love pixels and post-its, silence, getting to know good people, documentaries, plants that are hard to kill, solving complex problems, my daughter Alba.
I hate coriander, slow walkers, being late, clusters of small holes, racism, homophobia and fascism.
